In order to ensure proper management of available seats, it is mandatory to complete payment at the time of booking tickets via the website of El Xiulet de Pals.

Cancellation conditions

Customers may request a cancellation with a full refund provided that the following conditions are met:

  • The request is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time of the tourist train.
  • The request is submitted by email to: info@elxiuletdepals.com

Once the request has been verified within the established timeframe, the refund will be processed using the same payment method originally used.


Late cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure will not be eligible for a refund. Likewise, no refunds will be issued in case of no-show.

Cancellation by the organizer

If the activity cannot take place due to reasons beyond the organizer’s control (including adverse weather conditions, technical issues, or force majeure), customers will be offered:

  • The option to reschedule the activity, or
  • A full refund of the amount paid.
